MESSAGE FROM MDM LIU.1. If you have travelled to an affected country and is not feeling well, staff will convey the following information to the students: "please call 993 for medical call 993 for medical assistance. You should also stay at home until you are fully recovered. Please do not go out e.g. shopping, for meals, take the MRT or socialise with others until the doctor tells you that you are well.”
2. If you have travelled to affected countries and arrived in Singapore on or after 22 Jun 09, you will be issued with an LOA (Travel to Affected Countries) for the next 7 days from the date of return to Singapore. During this period, he/she will stay at home, and the school will make arrangement for him to catch up on your school work. You will monitor your health and update the school workschool on a daily basis. School will proceed to mail the LOA (Travel to
Affected Countries) letter to this student. The student will arrange for the Travel Declaration Form to be returned to the school, or bring it back after the LOA period.

4. The Influenza A (H1N1) affected countries are those considered by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as having community spread and/or are known to have exported cases. As of 23 Jun, these countries are Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, Dominican Republic, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Panama, Philippines, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom and United States of America. Parents are advised to refer to the MOH website (http://www.moh.gov.sg) on Mon 29 Jun for updates.
5. Anybody who has returned from foreign countries on 22nd June or AFTER 22nd June, please SMS Mdm Liu the details of your travel.
